I figure, I’m getting to the point where I should set up a high-tech tuning station. What do you think? :D

did you have an issue connecting with Scott? I have been trying for the past 18 minutes with no luck? I emailed him the ID and PW multiple times. Got one email from him at 0959 saying he was standing by.

Customize that awesome trailer and make it a mobile tuning station. Then you can travel the country tuning out trucks.

    BOTH!!!

Mine is horizontal along the firewall and works fine. Speedhut gauge though.
As others have stated, if your gauge is capable of displaying vacuum then you should be at around 20" of vacuum at idle. Just cruising around light throttle you will never see boost because the bypass valve is open. You can tell when the bypass valve closes as the supercharger gets louder. On mine it's at about 2 to 3" of vacuum.
If your boost is going up and down with steady throttle then your belt MAY be slipping. You could build a belt wrap mod or I can build one for you for $100 shipped. I'm not sure if it will work with a 2.85 though, it might not have room between the sc pulley and idler.

Shooter, is your gauge capable of reading vacuum? It's hard to tell from the glare in the pic but it doesn't look like you have any - numbers on the gauge so it may be only a boost gauge, not a boost/vacuum gauge.

Not the best pic (had it on my phone) but I can take one later if you want.

Spoke with Scott, HUGE thanks to @HolyHandGrenade

Scott is insanely smart. Got to hear his "hypothesis" on the problem and why he did what he did to change it. Gotta unplug the battery for a few minutes then plug it back and take it for a test drive. Its nice having this thread and someone like Scott who takes the time with us to check data and change parameters to get everything in tip top shape.

Also, thanks @Roostfactor for the boost explanation. I figured it was something like that; fortunately I do not have the sporadic change in PSI, just takes it a second to go from 0.0 and climb (under pressure). My only regret with that gauge is not having the vacuum built into it.

Nah, no additional pic necessary. I do not have the vacuum on my gauge. Just 0-15 PSI x-series AEM gauge.

Just let me know man. At some point I will do a write up for people to make them themselves or have the option to buy one from me.
A 2.7 will be maxing your stock sc injectors. That's what I am running now and my injector duty cycle was 93.7% on a datalog. I do have fuller exhaust though.
No way on a 2.5 until OVTune has larger injector support.

haha well you saved the day for me. I actually just got ALL my emails kicked back saying they were undeliverable at recipients email. Scott also said he thought they were doing something to the site and it was down which is what he figured was the case for not getting any responses from me.

    Fortunately it all worked out!

OVTune software does not have larger injector support?

Drove the truck. No pending codes on the UG, no issues driving. AFR looked good at idle, driving steady and holding 3-4 psi.
The real test will be interstate driving, since thats what tripped it in the first place, but what Scott did was to directly address that, so :fingerscrossed:

Since you've already got the 255lph fuel pump, do you think that the fpr mod would get that injector duty cycle down far enough to go to the 2.55" pulley?
