I did a few errands earlier with the Volant/Donaldson filter. No perceivable change in driving or boost readings.

Mine is about the same at idle.

I used some stuff from Russell let me dig up the part numbers.

Figure out how to add a dyno in there somewhere. :D

I dont think the hand held version has it yet but he is planning on it in future upgrades. That's just what I've read on the OVTune thread.
I think you can if you have the tuner software.

I can't run the FPR mod with the UCON. It is in closed loop all the time controlling afr's unlike stock, TRD, or OVTune. It needs fuel pressure to remain constant to be able to accurately control injector duty cycle. Larger injectors will give me the headroom I need.

If you strike out at Home Depot. I can’t remember for certain, but I think these are the part numbers I used.

I probably posted this in multiple places, can’t remember. But switching to 640cc injectors, duty cycle went from 95% to 66%.

With the 455cc injectors, the UCON was having trouble keeping AFR under control at WOT. Commanded AFR was 11.5 and actual AFR was 12.5. With the 640cc injectors, commanded is 11.5 and actual is 11.5.

EDIT: It probably made more power are 12.5 but not as safe.

Tandem. My trailer already has a receiver hitch on the back. Done.

Thank you for that. I THINK I got it though.

Yours is certainly more pretty, I’m sure.

Splits the fuel rail tap into two outputs, one for the 7th and one for a fuel pressure gauge.

I remember asking him and he never replied to me about it. I have the tuner version but have not even taken the time I need to really get in there and play with tuning. Hopefully the software does allow for larger injectors.

Ive been keeping an eye on that thread. I’d like to get the tuner version and try it out if it can run my 640cc. Sounds like it is possible based on a couple of posts by OVTune.

He is supposed to be coming out with new software for the self tuner so you may want to check with him for an update to be on the same page as others when developments progress.

Quick shout out to @White lightning boosted
He installed his 76mm Tundra tb and did the 1 turn ccw adjustment prior to install. After battery reset and upon inital start up he stated idle rpm was spot on! That's two people now who have now done this with the same result. Hopefully those with manuals won't have to wait forever for ecu to adjust anymore.

Thanks to @Roostfactor for the tips! I used a spectre 3 1/2-3" coupler that i trimmed 1/2" to fit. I ended up also cutting 1 7/8" off the urd tcai. Now it isnt riding my heat exchanger. Sounds like a lot but i check20180331_120809.jpg 20180331_185733.jpg ed twice before cutting. Heres a pic of why im glad i did. My cold air kit came a little compromised shall we say. Ive eaten potatos that were more round. Meth pump mounted and routed. Wiring and filling in the am!

Another tip for the epoxy coated idle set screw. A utility knife, needle, and patience. It took about an hour. The needle works well to fine clean the threads. Work the allen back and forth gently until you can start rotating it. If forced it will strip.

A small flat head and a hammer works wonders for the bulk pieces.
Oh shit, someone running meth? Curious on this turnout.

I found a kit from snow performance. Top notch customer service btw. Every question i had they had a prompt answer. All made in USA. They claim anything 50/50 and less is just fine. Anything more is not only corossive, its flamable.
