    To all car audiophiles.

I want to get rid of my behind the rear seat OEM subwoofer to gain more storage space. I'm pretty sure I can't just yank it off without serious loss of the lower frequencies that were crossed-over to the subwoofer.

I'd likely have to change the rear door speakers to manage the lower frequencies a little better.

But how to I send those lower frequencies to the rear door speakers?

What rear door speakers would you recommend without going broke?

I rarely listen to music in the truck. Usually I listen to radio news on my commute.

I don't think there would be a huge loss of the lower frequencies. They just won't be amplified and put out thru the woofer. If you were to only play sounds thru the woofer, you'll notice it plays higher frequency stuff too. Same with the door speakers and the lower frequency things. Try u plugging the wires from the woofer and see how you like the sound before making a decision. Ultimately, the decision is entirely up to you whether or not you enjoy it. My opinion or anyone else's doesn't matter here. They're your ears!

Edit, obviously you won't notice the thump of the woofer. But if that's not your thing, then you should be ok without it.

Yes it is him, I didn't followed the whole thing but imo he is not guilty unless proven otherwise, and those internet gossip won't stop me from buying from him until there is a real proof of the allegations against him. I know it is some serious stuff tho, but again, if he still has internet access after that, then i must be fixed?

True. I know the people of TW always come out with fire and pitchforks at the slightest thing.

I think there was proof of things in his past, but that was a long tome ago. Disclaimer: I don't presume to know the whole story. I read thru the thread once when it was going on. I'm certainly no judge or jury. I just wanted to make sure you knew about it as well. :canada:

Sure and no offense! <3 I went quickly through that thread also, and he explained the why about this all, now it's for each one to decide if they believe it or not.

It is not a matter of believing it our not. He has been tried and convicted by a court of law, and the allegations against him came right off the Flordia or Texas sex offender registry as a result of his conviction IIRC...

He was. Together with a sentence...

All of that s*** was drugged out because a TW member had an issue with communication about an order, so people started digging and found dirt

I read through the thread. His explination was valid. He took the fall for one of his kids and resulted in him being the “sex offender”.

Yes, it was valid and (unfortunately) very believable.

Some major changes today in mi casa. Ran the pex and terminated one side of them. Extended the vanity drain and tub drain. Added a washer/dryer and as a result had to move the kitchen sink down the wall as much as the washer and dryer is wide. I definitely took the plunge because right now I have all the water shut off in my apartment. I need to finish this tonight so I have water, but that means I need to shut off the water to the whole building to swap over to the new pex lines (1st floor tenant does live here, 3rd floor tenant lives with his woman but still pays me rent)

Now that's a mod day. I really need to stop buying truck parts and dump some money into my house.

Can you install a valve that separates you from the rest of your tenants? That way, you can work on your plumbing without rushing.

You’ll still have to shut off the entire building, but just to get the valve installed. But once installed, close valve, turn on your main water supply and continue with your project.

Just a thought, not knowing all the details of your whole project.

I wish. In Philly water is a lein-able utility and always in the owners name. As such, all the cold water lines are tied together in the whole building. I'll have to shut it off once for each apartment rehab I do (3 times) . I did everything I could and the last thing I need to do is to shut the cold water down and make 2 solder connections and 3 pex crimps.

Luckily the hot water is separated for each apartment. Whoever made this originally single family house into a 3 family house had the foresight to separate all the utilities. My tenants pay for their own electric and gas. I pay for cold water. They pay to heat that cold water.

I didn't finish tonight. Ran out of steam and parts. Been after it since 9am. Just went to home depot and I'm all set up to finish in the AM.

Truck parts came today. New cam bolts for both sides, cam tab gussets, and a camera I'll use for a front mount jawn! I'll do the reverse camera anytime mod, but also make it for the front anytime as well.
