    Glue trap.

Release by pouring vegetable oil over the glue.

I've used some like this and they worked well and didn't hurt the mice at all.4112W5SWEQL.jpg

I use a regular mouse trap with a little peanut butter and set them free by throwing over the hill. Then again, the closest I get to Buddhism comes from the book "zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance."

You've obviously never had the little fuckers get into the air intake for the HVAC in your Taco! Mine, at 3 months new. Took care of the new truck smell real good.

The amount of damage and havoc they can wreak is completely disproportional to their size.

Get a good cat and problem solved.

That's if they are still there when you go back. I've seen leftover legs on traps cause they chew em off to escape.

I'll raise you the nose-less, leg-less carcass pulled out of my Camry's cabin fan. Wondered why it wouldn't spool up[ to full speed..then it started to stink. More than once too, until I learned. One time guts wrapped around the 3 pins for the thermostat control shorted out fan/temp control in there. In the Taco they didn't get past the cabin air filter to nest.

Every vehicle (imports, including the Taco) I had to pull the wipers, grate and apply screen over the intake for the heat/ac. Couldn't believe there wouldn't be a screen over the holes, big holes...4x2inches or so. Living in the country has it's disadvantages too.

Earlier today I walked in the Living Room and there was a mouse sitting in the middle of the floor, was gonna go get the cat but instead threw a glueboard down in front of it and caught it.
