Meanwhile Marleau has been a key part of the Leafs. The dude literally has Marner and Matthews over to his house every weekend he’s home for dinner and Marner has said his recovery from a horrid start is largely due to Marleau. I just find it funny because he left after being part of the group that was blamed for not closing the deal when I think he was the best acquisition the Leafs made this year.

 

meh cant complain when you think of the health problems others have these days. Halfway through the decent when we arrive im back to 100% though so its all good!

 

I talked trash on that acquisition when it happened. I was wrong. He seems to have been a positive impact on and off the ice. Good on them.
