Did you get an alignment yet? If not get one soon. They probably need to increase the caster.

How soon after...wonder if could have settled some...does it track straight? If it does not track straight may need to align again.

I drove it around the neighborhood a little and it was pretty straight on. Took it in and when I picked it up it didn't feel any different. I'm going to head in there tomorrow morning when I get off to talk to them about it. It does track straight when in the middle lane(less crown) but it just feels a little loose compared to what it was before.

Same here! I wonder what is the best alignment numbers people on here were able to achieve with stock UCA's just to have s target in mind! I might take it in again see if they get it a bit better

    Guys,

3rd Gen owner posted on FB that he only gained 1.25" after installing the TRD tuned pro kit on his 4x4 Offroad DCSB. Stock everything no camper shell bed no rock sliders no metal bumpers.

Anyone else had same lift gain with the kit after install?

Lift numbers/measurments can be all over the place. I can see how one could EASILY be 1/4 to 1/2" off from one person's measurments to the next (online) just because of where you choose to "put your eye". Keep that in mind. My hub to fender measurments are 1/4" different depending on if i measure the outside part of the fender or the inside lip. On one tire the inside lip slopes up, the other three it slopes down.

On a forum... you kinda have to read through many pages of posts and get a "gut" feeling for how much lift is "happening".

In the end, yeah it'll all come out close to what you've been reading about. But don't put stock in a single post saying I started with X and ended up with Z.

    Finally got mine installed!
Rear is wheelers progressive AAL with overload in. Front has 1/4” spacers on both sides. I have about 100 lbs in the back and still have a rake of just over 1” from rear to front. Tires are 265/75/R16 Falken Wildpeak.

Bad news is that my needle bearing has failed already. Has anyone had luck with the dealer replacing or am I better to upgrade to the ECGS?

    Your truck looks good.
    Same route I am going.
With 1/4" spacer, how many lift did you gain?

Same here with the needle bearing I can feel an intermittent buzz in the floorboard from about 20 mph to 50mph. Not very noticeble but annoying not sure if I want another defective needle bearing from Toyota! It's crazy that toyota knows the issue and the fix and they still put that stupid needle bearng in they got to have an explanation for That! Is there any draw back of the busshing?

From what I have been reading, the new TSB calls for a new bearing for the replacement. Its still a needle bearing but has tighter tolerances than the original. I am hoping to get to the dealer within the next few weeks to see if they can install the new one, I'm just waiting for the vibe to get a little worse so its more noticeable to the tech.

    Mine is really noticeable!
Could you link me to the TSB for the 3rd Gen? I'm worried my Canadian dealers are gonna make a stink.

Bought this kit a month or so ago but not installed yet. Based on the lift numbers I have seen, some still have the left front lean, around a 1/4", even with the side specific fronts.
Anyone use just a driver side 1/4" spacer only to even out the front?

Also, is there any brand progressive add-a-leaf that doesn't require cutting one of the leaf spring clamps on the 3 plus OL spring sets?
Would prefer to not have to cut in case I decide to go back to stock at some point but don't want the stiffer ride of a single AAL.
