ARE canopy with sliding screened windoors and rhino roof track, Warn semi-hidden winch mount with VR 10 winch, nightrider 28" single row LED lightbar, Hood scoop light bar, Anytime front and rear cameras. anytime Navigation switch, plug-in oil pan heater, plug-in block heater, plug-in battery blanket. WINTER: Snow Sport plow with back-drag modification, Bridgestone Blizzak DM V2 on steelies 265-70-17.
The dealership took off the air dam when they installed mine but I kept it. I'm going to look at modifying it to fit back on with a quick release so I can have it there for my commuting to work but take it off for weekends.

Like the rubber, maybe a quick spray of plastidip would be better for the long-term and a bit thinner so it sticks better.
I did not coat it in rubber, no scratches yet

I just used section of bicycle inner tube. The grip is good but I think I'll trim it up neater when I have more time.

Has anyone run a Warn M8000s with this mount?

EF1D5117-8EA3-4F29-848A-E5EF29D759E7.jpg I installed the Warn semi hidden winch mount yesterday with a smittybilt x20 10k winch. Just to answer a couple questions. I did absolutely no trimming or cutting. Depending on the winch you buy you could mount a light bar in the lower grill aka stealth mount. To do this you would have to mount the control box somewhere other than the top of the winch. Additionally you would have to fabricate your own light brackets, because you remove the aluminum frame extensions that vendors such as Caliraised use to attach their brackets.

Another idea for those looking for a quick on / off front plate solution for any of these bumpers, a couple 1/4 stainless nutserts and a couple Harley Davidson anodized seat bolts work well. Doesn't take but a few turns and about 10 seconds to get the plate off, and the front of the nutserts keeps the plate off the bumper enough to prevent vibration noise and scratches.

Are there two hoop designs for this guy? These last two trucks appear to have different heights for the hoop.

The Quicksand isn't a Warn Semi Hidden Winch mount.

I really want to do one of these. Ive been looking at a few manufacturers. I would like to find one close enough for local pick up. How much weight on stock suspension can I add before needing to upgrade?

I have the Warn Semi-hidden with VR10 winch (synthetic line) on a 2018 TRD Sport stock suspension. Ride is great.

I have front IFS and trans steel skids already on and Bamf sliders on the way. Worried that it might all be too much weight for stock suspension.

Seeing how the bumper seems to weigh ~80lbs, is a front spring rate of 650lbs enough to prevent sagging?

Dumb question, but how do you access the winch clutch lever with this bumper? I helped put the 4Runner version on my friend's car and there are cutouts to access the clutch but I don't see it on this model. Can you get your hand in where an LED bar would sit behind the grille?

Yes. You have to pop the hood and reach down between the grill and radiator.
Just FYI you cannot do a stealth mount LED with this bumper. First reason being the stealth mount brackets made by caliraised attach to the aluminum frame extension which you remove when you put the mount on. Second the winch control pack blocks off that area, especially if you go with a Warn. I guess you could relocate the control pack but you would still have to fabricate the brackets. That’s why I went with the SDHQ behind the grill brackets. Plenty of room with them.DEB424F6-C1F5-4763-8BD1-E8DF9EA1D7C7.jpg
