I just bought a 2018 Tacoma and the next day, the driver's side window is stuck closed in cold weather. Every other window works fine.

In warm weather, it works fine. Or sometimes, I need to warm up the truck for 5-10 minutes, then it starts working again. Has anybody had a problem with this before? Looking for a solution.

    Thanks!

By cold weather do you mean frozen weather? Sometimes windows freeze to the felt and rubber lined guides. Usually when it is wet and warm, then gets cold. No big deal. Every vehicle I have ever had does it and it is random which windows will freeze.

Sorry I didn't elaborate. "Cold" 60 degree Southern California weather. Not freezing temps.

Then you have other issues and not temperature variance. Your window should work the same from 33 degrees up. Take it to the dealer and report back. There is no earthly reason that a window wouldn't work at 60 degrees and work fine at 80 degrees. Chances are the temperature thing is just a coincidence and happening at the same time as whatever is your problem.

I’ve had my door lock mechanism frozen in Yosemite a few weeks ago. It was 20 at night, had snowed that night, went to close the door and it wouldn’t shut. Had to slam the door a few times and it finally locked. Only happened on the front passenger side. All other doors were fine.

I wish 60 degrees were cold, the weather here is sure taking it's time warming up.
