    That's how they all are. It's where the internal LED strip makes the tightest bend and is pushed up against the inner lens. It a squeeze just to fit it in there(which the OEM signal wasn't really designed for.. but I'm making it work).There is nothing I can do about that other than having the inside lens re-tooled to a thinner diameter.

    I couldn't tell either, maybe with the lights on? I'm about to go install them in a few minutes.

    Edit: Just installed, there is a little bit of scuffing in my passenger side, but you literally have to put your face within three inches of it and look for it. The guy driving on the street, and even me during the day walking up to it will never notice.
