Basically measure and cut holes for speakers, amp to speakers, input to amp, amp power to 12v.

I’ll do a detailed rewrite on the Bluetooth with battery pack. But all in all I’m in it MAYBE $50?

Got my tires swapped over to the new method NVs

 

I painted the trim rings black Honestly since I look at them all the time it was super satisfying. The stereo bezel is next I think.

 

Did you sand them before painting? I took mine out just need to paint them now. They look good!

Finally I can now be reminded what kind of truck I drive when I get in.

 

I did a real quick 1200 grit and then a alcohol wipe down then rustoleum BBQ black as it dries mad quick and the rest of my truck is covered in it. Also did the center console cup holder thing the same way. It dries with a great matte finish. I use it on my rims as well seeing as there is no need to mask a flat black tire from flat black paint, touch ups are quick and easy.

 

I’ll be in the same boat in 2 years.

 

It was actually very easy. Disassemble the leaf packs, cut off the rear alignment wrap tab and install the new leafs. I used a 6” Irwin C-clamp which worked great.

 

Forgot to install this ADD shaft in the clamshell swap... noticed right away when I didn’t have 4wd any more. On the plus side I am super good at removing the entire front end now.

 

So, who screwed up? Us or You?

 

no one did. I bought a bronze single. SCS most recent shipement did not include bronze, and I was not going to wait until mid may to get a whole matching set. Im not worried about the off color. They kind of look bronze if I dont wash the truck..

yes. But the truck looks badass on matte gunmetal. Cant even see the bronze because my trasharoo covers it..
