Long day for me too today. Not so much physical but flying a helicopter will wear you out mentally.

Today, I was glad I wore my brown pants. I did an introductory fight for a helicopter enthusiast who has a simulator at home and flies RC helis. He thought he'd be able to fly right out the gate but he was very over controlling (not good in helicopters) and very rigid on the controls. I had to fight him every time I needed to make a correction. I had to smash a pedal so hard to override his inputs that I pulled my calf muscle. Doesn't sound too bad but it's pretty nerve-racking when the ground is coming at you in a hurry.

I earned this one today.

I got to see the 2nd half of game last night. Michigan just couldn’t seem to keep it together.
