    Just for anyone curious, i have had the stage 2 installed for a little over a month, 15.2-15.3 morning cold starts and holding 14.3-14.4 in traffic with ac on and stereo on.

    No battery lights, no negative effects that i can see. Install will take you longer to pop your hood and unlatch it than the plug in the pigtail.

    Im measuring voltage from my stinger volt meter at my distribution blocks for my amps undey my passenger seat but have it calibrated to read the same as the battery.

    I couldn't see the label on my 3rd gen alternator, but I did find this image of one.

    It's from a 3rd gen with tow package (verified by the part number), but it shows LIN instead of IGSLF/IGSLM, so it looks like this will not work for us...

    Is it possible to ask mike to verify that his plug won’t supoort this type of alternator, or if he has one for this type? Aldo, maybe get another people to verify this is the correct type of alternator. Not that I don’t trust the poster, but would want to double check. Thanks

    I'll still go with the Mike Singer setup. I've seen his work first hand and the guy makes amazing products. I'd rather pay extra knowing that SMD has tested it and swears by it.
