I want to get some Icon C/Os, that were offered to me for $799.
But they are extended travel, Can I install them even though I dont have aftermarket UCAs?

    What Mods!
its more recommended that you put after market uca's so that you can get the potential out of the coilovers, and take advantage of the wheel travel but i am pretty sure there are people here that have the extended ones without aftermarket uca's

You can, but guess what your next purchase should be in the following few months.

you'll be fine as long as you dont fully droop them. if you do that you'll max out the UCA ball joint and eventually cause it to fail. i wouldn't hit up dirt until you got your aftermarket UCA's.

$800 for a set of good condition used icons is a good deal. as long as they dont need a rebuild.

i dont think those will solve the problem because they still use the stock ball joint. they only correct alignment.

you have to go w/ a uni ball style CO (camburg or TC) because the ext travel CO's combined with the uni ball UCA allow for 1" extra down travel. the LR will prob still max out the ball joint same as stock.

again, i'm not 100% on that so double check w/ other people

^^ Anything over 3 inches is recommended for a diff drop. Alot of people with the Icon C/0 don't. It's up to you. I would go ahead and throw it on there just to be safe.
