There's a 03 prerunner in excellent shape (although bone stock) where I work. I've been making an effort to park next to it, the two look nice together, and the "comradeship" thing is cool too. I know everyone who works there but not what they drive. After three weeks of feeling good about another taco in the lot besides mine, I finally met the owner.

She's in her 70s. To her it's "just a nice truck". Oh well.

Florida is definitely full of old people, but I wouldnt consider "old" until your 50+
I have noticed the same thing here in oklahoma with the tacoma ratio to old people, but oh well. It's a badass truck and everyone knows it!:D

I get the same thing here in PA. It's good to know that our minds have stayed 'in tact' to buy a Toyota truck.

Versus suffering from senilism and buying something else.

Im 38 and I must admit I always did think of the Taco as a young guys truck, but as they have grown n size and cost they have seemed to capture a wider market. Plus I still think Im 18 so thats all that matters. Seems as if there are men, and woman of all ages driving these things. We have a cute woman who drives one around here DC LB 4x4 and then there is my Wife who drives ours quite a bit and I may be biased but she is hot as hell and would cause you to rubber neck and hit something or someone cuz it would be one of those did you see that hot ass chick driving that tacoma.

One thing is certain.........Time will fuck everyone eventually, there is no escape. Everyone "old" was young too, only back when it was less dangerous and expensive to have more fun than yungstas think they are having nowdays.

When I bought my first Toyota Hi-Lux I was a pup. Now thirty years later I'm no longer a pup but still drive a Tacoma. Do you think it's time to act my age and buy a Tundra?

Actually, I use my taco to lure old men in! On the serious side of the matter I have seen a wide variety of people down here in Texas. I do look to see if there is maybe any tacoma world people, but I really on see Bakerla driving.
