Wow that's crazy. I wonder how it would do with some real competition in its segment since nothing truly competes right now (no I don't consider the nearly 15 year old Frontier to be a real competitor).

 

Wait til the Ranger comes out. Id be willing to bet that number drops alot.

 

I see that Ridgeline Joke is down another 28%, it's a surprise they don't cancel it.

Tacoma took over the 4th spot from GMC! That's the whole Sierra line, not just the Canyon.

 

Hey now, the Frontier switched to the 3rd gen too! Its just the same frame, tranny and motor.

 

Wasn't it the consumer reports best pick? I thought its the only truck with shocks that don't blow up in the desert.

That video bugs me so much. I just don't understand. I guess the extra flex of the unibody eats up some of the abuse? Was it just a rigged video?

 

GM Twins sold 15,000 units, I'd consider that real competition!

 

They make those right down the street from where I'm at. The Wentzville plant. Unfortunately, no one seems to rep them. I wanted to like it and support local labor, but I just can't.

 

Serious question. Anyone know Why are the F-series grouped together, but other trucks are split even though they might be similar? Like, group tacos and tundras together? Am I missing something?

 

Why is the Ridgeline even in this category? Oh wait, according she-magazine and consumer reports it is the best of the segment ... Of course it can't sell worth shit

Dumb question time: is the Tacoma considered "mid size" and the Tundra considered "full sized"? Or are they both classified as mid-sized?

 

Tacoma = Midsize, Tundra = Fullsize

 

Isn’t the Colorado/ Canyon also in this category? This ZR2 package is picking up traction. I rode with a kid that just bought one a few weeks ago. I checked it out inside, not my bag but still a nice midsize truck.

 

Guy at work just bought a 2018 Frontier, getting in it was like stepping back into 2007.
