Nice! Have you decided which suspension, wheels, and tires yet?

If I could start over, I would’ve gone strait to 33’s, minimum. I went and got 265/70/17s and now my truck looks like it skipped leg day. I just got my matching spare wheel in last week and should be getting new 295s or 305s very soon.

I got a new TRD 2nd gen Pro Kit that everyone was raving about on here...was going for $650 (original price $1,800) so I couldn’t say no.

For tires; i will be going 33s (285/75R16 toyo at2).

Wheels will be pro comp 16” 5001 series.

Damn. Sounds like you got a hell of a deal. So does that give you any lift up front?

2.25”, waiting on a bumper to be made by demello (probably will be another month since it’s not in production yet) along with a winch so it’ll probably drop it down to 2” even

I just put a steel Pelfreybilt bumper, steel Pelfreybilt IFS skid, and a winch on my truck, but I did it a week before I installed my OME 886 Springs. I was surprised it only dropped about 1/2” with stock springs. I was expecting at least double that.

    The Demellos are nice.

The bumper im putting on will be demellos new aluminum overland bumpers. I also have a roof top tent on the way that’ll be on my bed. Have my shop fabricating the rack for me later this week.

I just hope it brings the front down. Right now I am 1/4 high in the front.

I put my roof top tent on weeks ago, to take my daughter camping, but haven’t had a chance to go. I keep having to work. Finally got some time off last weekend, but spend the whole time upgrading suspension.

I have the opposite problem. Ass end is too high.
I did a Chevy 63 swap and I welded the shackle hanger too far to the rear, so my shackle barely has any angle. I removed a leaf from the pack, so now the truck is level. This weekend, I’ll have to weld the shackle hanger about 3” toward the front, then add the leaf back in and that should be about right.

Here’s how it was before I removed a leaf
About 3” higher in the back. No bueno.

Here’s how it sits since I pulled a leaf.

I snagged one of these too! couldn't help myself; time to make a trip to kisatchie and test out what it can do.

Lol I was at upper kisatachie 2 weekends ago and just got back from Arkansas doing some mountain runs up in tall peak.

Will be upgrading my UCAs this week (felt unstable when I was doing rally type runs) and also will be upgrading springs since I have winch, sliders, and steel bumper on the way this week.

yeih i wasn't planing on installing a lift so this great deal is turning into not so good of a deal as stuff keep piling up. my alignment numbers are not great but drives straight also got a bit of a intermittent buzz in the driver floor bored below 50mph you can hardly notice im thinking its the stupid needle bearing so ECGS bushing gonna be my next thing! i was pretty scared doing the lift install myself dont know if i want to take on the ECGS bushing job.

The ECGS bushing is an easy job. Reason why I didn’t do it myself was cause the tools to remove the old bearing would cost as much as the labor my mechanic was charging me. So I just had him do the whole suspension swap and ECGS. I’ll be doing the spring swap, UCAs, bumper (gonna cut up a new truck lol) and winch.
