I like TH but I feel Trillium is better. Wish I had an Aslin hookup.

Thanks. Trying to get back into my old morning gym routine. No drinks definitely helps. Last night was, while not a great night sleep, but one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a few weeks.

Been getting a headache....last couple weeks.....mostly in the morning. In the afternoon it is still there, but not as bad. I have a beer and it feels better.
    More beer? Less beer? o_O

vasodilation from the ethanol causes the relief from the constriction that is going on in your noggin

alcohol opens up your blood vessels so therefore your brain is happier and your head hurts less :D

yea you likely have something causing the headache and when you drink ethanol it opens/thins the blood(vessels) which supplies more oxygen to your brain therefore helping relieve the symptoms

I wouldnt be too concerned until you arent able to achieve relief, vision issues or balance problems. Then I would be concerned. Sometimes your brain just hurts albeit stress, dehydration or something else acute. I would try backing off the Beer for a few days, and up the water intake and see how you feel.

Eh couldnt help to clean out for about a week or so. Let the liver get some rest, and then it will in turn let the brain get some nice clean filtered blood and will do its thing. Jump on the superhydration train to flush toxins out and in turn your kidneys will be happy too. Obviously your work/home life will play into this headache and your medical history. So just ease up on the beer and work it from there. Take ya some NSAIDs for first couple of days to kind of help with relief, and drink fuck ton of water.
