Yeah. Minimal. Granted, I didn’t take measurements, but I’m just glad to have rear spring leaf packs that can handle my junk in the trunk.

Que “Dance too much booty in the pants” music, meme, gif...

Overall, very satisfied with the current set up. :hattip:

I will say that the AllPro Standards and the Archive Shackle Flip without all the added weight was an amazing ride, too. And I want to say it provided the most droop out of all my rear suspension set ups.

But with my current Deaver U402’s and the AG Hammer Hangers...I can be at ease and not worry about the added stress of the weight I’m rolling with now.

Made the decision to go for 35’s...

First, some brushed copper Ray10’s, 17x8.5
    CF6A60CE-AA5D-4841-9211-334AB52AB0C0.jpg

    Then some cutting...
    AEAC9CE8-A726-439A-8BDB-DEDA5D15A146.jpg

First out of four...left tabs for future wheel well liners...
    CAB0828A-813A-4CCC-B3F1-98E836E20ABE.jpg

Still a work in progress...need to bend tabs for wheel well liners, make some liners, bend brackets for mud flaps, and clean up the edges with the trim by Trail Toys. But all in all, satisfied.

Hoping to get some 35x12.50-17 Toyo R/T’s.

Is that how you install the bushwackers? I want to do the same but dont want to cut that much.

The Bushwackers are installed by fitting/lining up and drilling holes into the fender where the Bushwacker holes already exist. Hardware was used to secured using a mix 5/16-18 black oxide button socket cap bolts, black oxide flat washers, rubber washers, and nylon locknuts.

I used 1” but should have gone with 1.25 or 1.5” length bolts. And a few spots could have used 2” length bolts.

Basically, I referenced and tried to replicate bullaculla’s and squint0241’s method. They have far better photos and explanations in their build threads.

This is not the standard way of installing bushwackers. Normally, you would just remove you OEM flares and use clips that bushwacker provides and they just rest on the fenders. This is the hard mount method and requires a lot more work, but the flares will not rattle or come off. You have options...;)

Oh, yeah. Forgot to mention that this method is the hard mount method. More work, but it won't fly off or rattle. Again, big thanks to @squint0241 for the help!!!

Some weekend fun. Fenders came out nice, but we’ll see how cleaning goes. :anonymous:

Sick truck! Are you gonna be offloading those gray faux-beadlocks when you get the Ray 10s?

    Thanks!

And as much as I’d like to keep the TRD wheels, I’ll need to sell them since I don’t have a lot of storage space. I’ve already got a few people asking locally so I’m hoping for a local sell.

    Also, Total Chaos gusseted spindles...

    Before
    923FD42D-8F45-483D-B333-1A3BDE03F45B.jpg

    After
    F6C1C617-1FD5-40D8-868A-ADD0B41E150E.jpg

I did this because I felt I needed stronger spindles. My alignment always goes off after some off-roading. I’m hoping this will help prevent the constant need to get an alignment after wheeling.

Edit: Welding and installed by the infamous @deeezy! Mahalo, Dana!
