    I feel ya...No one is answering my phone calls, and today is d day to find out if Icon sent me the right bushings. They didn't send me anything after my monday phone call. I called to follow up with them yesterday and dude I spoke with said no order had been created. So Monica at Icon failed big time...twice! Their technical dept is filled with people who seem less technically inclined than myself, and that ait good.

    Yeah, yeah haha. Honestly I am kinda wishing I had kings in the front cause I would have stuck with them, though I don't know what their customer service is like. I just want to know what the requirements are to be part of Icon's technical support department. I think I could get a job there, and my automotive knowledge and shock knowledge is subpar.

    Maybe just keep riding their ass. Usually I buy through a vender instead. They usually have more pull.
