Honestly I put most of the blame of our problems on Burns, he’s definitely one of the best offensive D-men in the league but he’s by far the worst defensive D-men. He’s like -25 on the season and I don’t understand how deboer doesn’t see it... he needs to be put at forward, seems like every game we lost this season was because Burns made a horrible play and gave up a goal

As far as the puck is concerned, he likely knew it was his last game of the season so I'm sure he either wanted the puck as a souvenir of the season, for the family, or to auction it off being the Sens fans appreciation night.

As far as his wife, shes from Ottawa, family is in Ottawa, and wants to stay in Ottawa. So does King Karl. They have both said so time and time again for years. So I'm not sure where you guys are getting your information from.

I know its hard as a Maple Laffs fan not to speculate and blow everything out of the water, but don't read too much into it.

I appreciate your insights. I’m not posting saying Karlsson leaving is a done deal. It’s not just Leafs fans though saying he’s leaving. Now you have even local publications talking about it. It’s interesting and I guess we will see how it plays out. Ryan even mentioned at one point Karlsson and himself thought the were traded before the deadline.
