Sorry to bring back this post from a while back, but I was just curious if you were running the spidertrax spacers at the time you had the 265/75/16 and stock suspension?

How are you liking these? How do they compare to LED low beams? Match pretty well?

So I picked up a set of the TRDPRO taillights on eBay for $190. They came in yesterday and they were very nice, good quality, and installed just fine


However, after I got them installed and stepped back to admire. I really wasn’t all that thrilled about them. So I took them off and put my originals back on. I’m just gonna box these up and return them.

If anyone is interested in buying them, let me know before 5pm central time today. Just pay $170 +shipping cost. Selling cheaper because that’s all I’ll get back anyway because of the restock fee. Just helping out my fellow brothers.

I’ll be saving for the WinJet smoked taillights in the mean time

 

Took it for a fill and a wash. Sometimes I like to see how far things go. Discovered that bingo fuel isn't. I still had about 7 litres left in the tank. Good to know.

I also discovered that my truck is Canadian. It says "please" when the fuel really gets low. Just surprised that it didn't say "thanks" after I filled it up or apologized for the alert.

You've already gotten quite a bit of info -- I'll just add my experience.

The good: They are tough, fit reasonably well (not baggy,) and the grey color of mine goes well with my grey iinterior.
The bad: The instructions suck. They seem to be written for a generic set of covers, and there are tabs and pieces on my covers that I had to figure out how to use/where to put. The instructions showed tabs and pieces that weren't on my covers.
The ugly: No center console cover is available -- I had to make my own from some different fabric. The specs say the covers don't interfere with the seat controls -- wrong. Mine partially cover the driver's seat controls, and completely cover the passenger seat controls.

For me, the good outweighs the bad and the ugly, so I don't have any other suggestions.

 

Thanks... It's the experience part I am looking for. I checked with the supplier, and even though their description says console covers are included where applicable, the Taco apparently doesn't fit that criteria - I suspect because the centre console is fixed and not part of a bench seating configuration. I can get Carhartt material, so having a matching centre rest made will be fairly straight forward.

For the ugly.... do you think that having them cutout would work, or does the cover come so low on the seat with elastic that it may not work? I am thinking that since I would have to get the centre done, I could have cutouts for the controls put in.

For the bad... If I pull the trigger on them, I'll bug you for wisdom on the instructions.

Yeah some parts of the PRO don’t match the other model, especially exterior colors.

yeah mine is american too so prob says the same thing hahahaha.
Never been that low to find out.
Although my 16 AC showed 385 miles till empty and my 18 OR shows 315 upon fill up.

Got my 5k scheduled maintenance yesterday and willing to pay for Oil and filter change and got a hookup from my Service advisor for 10k service for free... ask about if there any TSB Update for the transmission and it came out my tranny is updated Nice!
