Really? JN Phillips in Chicopee did good work on my tC and my reg cab

Had three separate windshields on three different vehicles done by them (Pittsfield) and they did a great job as well.

 

Yep. Shop #1 used a non-OEM piece when state law was OEM for the first x number of months / years and scratched up my truck. Leaked bad enough I had to rip apart the interior to get all the water out. Shop #2 did an OEM and scratched my interior pillar and again had a leak. Shop #3 fixed the leak and didn’t scratch me up after two trips. Then it started the leak again and they did it again without issue.

The problem lied in with all the swaps in and out the time to cash the check (made out to the body shop) elapsed so I couldn’t get the repairs done. I still find myself ripping up the carpet after a heavy rain because I don’t trust the job.

I have NEVER had a good experience replacing a windshield. Each vehicle I’ve had glass done on has come back in a different condition than it went in.

Interesting. I had my tC done at my work in 2012 and then had my reg cab done in early 2014 at the JN Phillips shop in Chicopee. I never saw any money get handed over since I would contact my agent and tell them i needed a windshield and was going there (my dad recommended them from having his truck done) I also know to ONLY get OEM glass. My dad would tell me about the older T4R's he Would get in at work that the ECU was fried since the aftermarket glass would leak and travel down the A pillar to the ECU mounted in the passenger side kick panel

 

Dang, now I really wish I had the grey beadlocks...
They look great on your truck! Are those the wheels from down south, that were in the northeast craigslist thread?

The bottom line is that a wintry pattern will continue for a bit longer, but the end is in sight.

I usefully get the February Blues and get past it, but this is getting...awful, I don't know pick a word.

Ah, I said the same thing. I really wanted them, but they were too far to make them a good deal. Did you by them new?
