Could also be the bushings on the UCA’s. I have TC as well and was having the same issue and it was driving me nuts until it dawned on me that you have to grease them up.

Edit: there’s also a video on YouTube from TC on how to grease them up.

Yeah it did. To try to be a bit more specific, does your squeaking happen when you are going up or down driveways? That’s when I’m squeaking seemed to be the worst.

Well go ahead and add some lube to the uniball and bushings. It’s part of the maintenance for the uppers anyways and hopefully it gets rid of the squeaking

Toothbrush for the big gunk then hit it with some compressed air, and you kind of want to flick the dirt out with the toothbrush and hit the ball obliquely with the air, again to prevent the dirt from being worked into the seal.

You DO NOT want to use the hose or force water into the seat, and you DO NOT want to use any solvents like break clean that may damage the lining inside the joint.

As for lube, I liberally apply Super Lube synthetic oil in a nice bead all the way around the ring of the seam on top, let that soak it's way in then spray the whole ball top and bottom with Boe Shield T9 to protect it. Fluid film is a more readily available alternative to T9 but it dries waxy and attracts more dirt in my experience. It also doesn't penetrate as well.

No squeaks, no corrosion, and my balls are silky-smooth! :p

I have figured out if you can’t find where your squeak is coming from check your lower shock uniball and spacers. I took mine out cleaned them and sprayed a dry ptfe lube In there and my truck has never been so squeak free! This is the uniball I’m referring to on the bottom of the shock but on the front.
