I did that for a long time, especially when my office building had no fence and gate security.

Now though, I saw someone get caught with a little 3 inch folding knife. It was confiscated and he was "interviewed" by agency security personnel later that day.

Once you hit 65+ only vibrations you've got to include something airflow induced to the "why is it making this vibration...". You may have a loose skid plate, exhaust heat shield, etc. that could cause vibrations at speed. Just something to consider...

Good morning all! I've been lurking in this thread for a little bit now, and I figured it was high time to say hello. I moved to Warrenton from Coastal NC about a year ago, so I guess that makes me NoVA now? Hell, I have hard time calling anywhere home at this point thanks to Uncle Sam, but this one may be the last move. At any rate, it's nice to have threads like these to share info and BS in...looking forward to it. Cheers!

I've got a rattling (not a vibe) at around 2000-2500 RPMs when I am accelerating quicker than normal. Sounds like it's coming from the glove box, but it's not. I took everything out of the glove box then opened it and it was still rattling, so I am guessing something under the dash or in the engine bay. Anyone have insight?

EDIT: I did a search but did not get results about the source, just what people threw at the problem to fix it!

Also tire balance doesn’t like certain speeds. Is it felt through the steering wheel? If you switched to 4x4 and still then not needle bearing. Try seeing if it continues when you turn left or right and which side or if it goes away.

I did that shortly after moving up here...just a habit that I always have my EDC on me and I didn't even realize there would be an issue. The guard at the Pentagon was a former Marine Sgt and took pity on me; he told me to put it in my cargo pocket for the duration of my visit and not bring it in next time.

Thanks for all the welcomes. I hope to get out to some of these trails with you all sometime.
