    I went on a hunt for a Zorlac Metallica deck recently, no thanks! Cheapest I saw was about $500 for a used one. The ones that had never been ridden were astronomical.

    Because Pushead is an amazing artist and people covet his shit like the dead sea scrolls?

    I've had the pleasure of seeing an original, hand drawn Pushead deck in person. As an artist, designer, skater and overall nerd, it was a pretty moving experience.

    @ODNAREM: The Old Man Army brand is no more, sadly. I think there are still some decks in stock if you look for them but they have to be 8-9 years old, maybe. I still talk to a lot of dudes who I met through the days of the OMA forum so that's pretty cool. One of the former owners started a skate pad company called Pain Killer Pads (not to be confused with Pain Cheaters), which actually ended up being very popular with the roller derby crowd. They are working on a skate pad too (called Ridden) that I own some of the very first prototypes for. They are good pads, but wouldn't work with my knee brace so I have some custom 187s now.

    @SeanBonham: One of my best friends from Oregon is a BMXer. Besides what we ride we are pretty much the same person, so it's cool in my book! As long as you buy the next round, you're welcome at this table! :cheers:
