Wife getting induced wed. morning

    oil change...
    My wife is 41 weeks pregnant and has not gone into labor yet. We will be going to the hospital tonight and tomorrow morning at 5:30 she will be induced. This could take all day or just a few hours.

    This will be out first child, a boy, and I am extremely excited, anxious, nervous, and scared!

    I just pray that everything goes smoothly and both the baby and my wife will be ok.

    So by the end of tomorrow we will have a new junior TW member:D

    if it was like my first.we got there at 5.00am.by 6.00 the doc came in and said lets get started.she was taking something out of a paper wraper that looked to me like a crocheting needle made out of plastic.she put on a rubber glove and was rubbing lub on her hand with the glove.she said this will feel like a little sting,and put the plastic needle in the hand with the glove,put the other hand on her tummy.then stuck her hand with the needle all the way in till it looked like her hand was in there up way past her wrist,almost half way to her elbow.and i was like whoo,i didnt know that was possible.but anyways,she started using that needle to ripp her to make her water break.i remember when it broke it smelled like flowers,wierd huh.put her on petosin,then 15 hours later and pushing till i had a headache,she finally pulled him out with forcepts......hope yours comes out fast,but first ones are usually long.
