Guys, tell your friends, your kids, strangers on the street...GPS IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. I shit you not some girl in a honda fucking civic just drove around a snowbank that's taller than her hood and up the snowmobile path :smack:. I've been cutting wood and shit for 8 hours, just sit down to dinner and my dogs go nuts. Wife looks out the window and there's a girl who surprisingly has a shovel, trying to dig herself out. I figure, I'll eat my dinner, if she's still there after, well it was faster than walking to cell phone service (miles away if you have verizon) and calling a tow truck. Look under her car (laying down in a fucking river of melt off and mud) there are no hooks, no steel or anything thicker than a soda can near the rear end. So I ask for her manual to see where honda would like me to hitch up, turns out they want me to call a fucking big ol' tow truck and warned me NOT to attach to the bumper because it isn't designed for that:frusty:. So I tell her I can be gentle and pull on her lower control arm (she has no idea what I'm talking about) or she can wait an hour or two for a tow truck to do it the Honda way. She says pull me out, so that's what I did! Dented her rear quarter panel by the exhaust, but the thing is all plastic (#metoo) so I pushed it out and it's like new.:militarypress: So she's gone now and I still need to shower.

Couple of pics from the burning and dropping off some logs to my brother for firewood, dropped him 4 loads only two in the picture and another 4 comming Saturday when we finish burning. Need a few cords for work then my neighbor will take the rest, he's the guy in the excavator:bananadead:.

 Good grief. Why the fuck do people think they can go down that road? The first time I drove down there, I backed up in your driveway because it looked like I shouldn't be there.
(not now though....I know where the hell I am).
Isn't there a sign at the start of the road that says "GET OUT!" o_O

    noice fire btw!

But I am sure you were ready to do a road that looked like that.
A person in a civic has no reason to think they could pass down this road.
Wish I had some pictures of what it looks like.

Was she at least cute? If she’s that dumb, she’d better be gorgeous or she’s going to have a rough go at life.

She didn't want to get it dirty that day or it required a longer garage nap. :notsure:

She was not cute, had a dog with her who was barking at me the whole time, but was more interesting to me than the lady. @DrFunker @DoubleRGirl there is a HUGE bright orange sign at the beginning that says "Closed Road" you can't miss it. I'll take a picture tomorrow or something and post it up. And then they have to go over a snowbank once you get to my driveway to keep going. Even in the summer, if you don't have 4x4 and skids, you are in trouble. I am thinking of making a sign that says "If you aren't on a snowmobile in the winter, or a 4x4 in the summer, do not go any further" .

@DrFunker the fire went great and was about 5 foot of coals by the time we had to bury it since the permit ends at 4pm. Going to get it going again this weekend though to finish it off!

Only point I was making that we've seen other people in cars who thought they were on a normal road too

He should have gone out to help her with that attire. I bet she would have gotten the F out of the pretty damn quickly at that point!

Hopefully going to look at a ‘new’ truck this weekend. Just put in the request to the dealer to make sure the trucks still available, fingers crossed!

What road are they coming in on that they don't have to climb over rocks?
