Everything was good Bro! Packaging held up fine. Had some typos in the instruction, but good enough!

I'm at Autozone now looking for longer hoses. Hopefully will be done by tonight.

I'm looking forward to reading the initial comments about the spacer. I'm also interested in hearing about how the install went. Pics would be great!

What do you have to replace? Will anyone make a video of installment? I’m going to be installing this at the same time I install my lce headers. Very novice mechanic here

Basically there are 2 hoses that you will need to replace with a little longer ones. I did take several photos when I installed mine, and I include them along with some brief instructions with the kit. It was surprisingly easy to install I think. There are several sold now, so we should be getting feedback from others on their install thoughts.

Here are pictures of the diameters of the hoses that will need lengthened. If you can find the smaller one with a slight bend (see hose on end of intake manifold below), that would be ideal. 8" or so each should be good.

Thanks! Is there a link to the hoses so I could order them ahead of time

I'm sorry, I don't have one. Basically it's a custom deal so you just find something that works? I had a ton of old car and motorcycle stuff laying around and was able to find something that worked.

Be careful when removing the fuel lines, those things are expensive if you break the plastic ends- ask me how I know

You want to measure the inside diameter, outside not so important
I'd suggest taking a caliper to the nipples, not trying to measure the hose

The bolts provided are too short if you tighten them into place as per instructions.

As you can see it's 2 in longer but doesn't compensate for the end nut.

You might have to back them out a bit. I didn't factor in running them to the bottom of the hole, just 2" longer to compensate for the spacer.

Ok, for the guys that have made purchases. Although I made everything exactly to what Tooter did (90mm stud and all), it looks like the the stud is not long enough to fully install to the bottom of the hole. If you've ever worked in machining, this is common practice. In the instructions I dont state to run the stud completely in, but I don't say not to either, so that is confusing. Not a huge deal, but it does prevent installing the stud completely. So, my suggestion is to loosely install the studs, using the double nut method (if you can't install by hand). After installing the spacer and manifold, adjust stud depth to no further than the outside of the bolt head (slightly inside the bolt if possible). This will give you very close to factory thread engagement before spacer install. If anyone has any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

I ran out of time today so I'm back to stock. I'm going to see of I can get some bolts as I didnt feel comfortable with the studs partially in. The spacer did fit really well and looks good just need slightly different hardware.

Sounds good, and I do apologize for the trouble. 90mm M8x1.25 zinc plated bolts should do the trick.

Ok, we had some issues with the stud length on one of the first spacers sold. So, I have decided to change from the studs to zinc plated bolts for the hardware kit. So, any kit sold from here on will have (5) 90mm zinc plated bolts instead of the 90mm stud/bolt combo. You will still receive (2) studs for the lower supports, but will use the (5) bolts for the spacer mounting to prevent confusion. For the guys that have purchased the kit already, you can use the supplied studs/nuts, purchase new 90mm bolts (Lowe's has them available for a couple dollars), or I can send new bolts to you once I get them. Up to you. I do apologize for the confusion. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!

Ok, new bolts have arrived! All kits will be outfitted with 90mm bolts, giving the exact thread engagement as the OEM bolts prior to the spacer install. Now all i need to do is find a use for 100+ 90mm studs and nuts...
