I'm assuming that this is required even with a 2" lift. I do plan on running 1" wheel spacers as well. To help counter the extra width. I'm running 265 75 r16 now. I think that's a 10.5 inch wide tire

The lift doesn't make any difference. At full compression, the tire's in the same place as if you had no lift.

The wheel spacer will give you the same effect as less backspace, so you'll get less rubbing on the frame but more in the wheel well and (esp. with 12" wide tires) more on the fender/flare. I have 255/85R16 and had quite a bit of flare interference before trimming/bashing.

I picked up an Eastwood MIG 135 last year. It's been a great welder so far. I'm still learning and haven't committed to using gas yet.

I used it to do my Relentless DIY rear bumper. I used flux core and some Trader Joe's soy nonstick cooking spray to make the spatter cleanup a little easier. Worked pretty well.

    Nice!

I really like the 175. No complaints at all. Gonna buy my own soon. Eastwood's customer service is also stellar.

Jesus Christ... I listed my old Lincoln MIG welder up for sale on the Facebook Marketplace and I got about 45 messages all in Spanish overnight asking to buy it for like half of my asking price... and then they get mad when I can't speak Spanish or I try counter-offering them or I tell them someone else was ahead of them. I think out of the 45 of them I got like less than 5 who actually understood me.

Don't sell the manifold and gauges, they cost a fair bit and you can use them with your new welder if the output hose fits

The one I have is static and has no gauges on it. The gas is either on or off and that's all you can adjust. Lol.

Okay yah just sell that then. That's useless, how are you supposed to adjust flow or even measure it, or tell when your bottle is low.

Might as well just use two car batteries and a coat hanger then.

Oh you'll KNOW when that bottle is empty ;) That, and once I set a regulator I never touch it. Ever. For most of the sub 200 amp mig machines 13ish cfm should do anything. If your running tig, set it to a 20 cfm max and then adjust using the valve on the torch by the noise level of gas flowing out of it.

I bet it is set stupid high though, most machines recommend 30-40cfm, even though you're right ideally in a non breezy place 15cfm is plenty.

The Tweco fabricator is a nice machine.

Yeah most likely, keeps you paying for gas. Clearing an 80cf bottle in 3 hours of arc time is absurd. But at work, our old miller 250 is set for 25cfm. Any higher and you run into issues like cooling the weld puddle too fast.

Unless the ad was written in Spanish, Spanish equals no response from me period. Just think about the amount of jacking around that will go on when they show up if the speak broken English or no English at all

I was looking at a Hobart setup. But I'm going to get a nice starting mig welder for now. Then probably upgrade it later to the mig plasma combo and give the old one to my brother. Hell he has half of my old tools anyway:D
