    The URD. You won't regret it.

    I've heard the same thing about reverse but I don't have any issues. I can push it in just fine without throwing or "slapping" it in. Factory shift knob, didn't like the weighted one. Not really sure why so many people gripe about that.

    The gears are still easily identifiable, but there's no longer any slip between them.

    Imagine shifting from third to neutral. That's now fourth.
