Here's the "rseat N1" chassis i'm thinking about going with.
You can get them with seats but they are all non tilting. Sometimes I like to race F1 cars and need to lay back a bit for more realistic emersion.

 

Not bad. About $1000 just for the chassis.
The add ons is what kills ya.
Button box/tablet mount.
Keyboard/mouse mount.
Speaker mounts.
Upgraded shifter mount.

I could make all that with a cheap welder.
