    Since you are back on a stock sized injector, you'll be wanting to plug in 90-95% duty for your injectors while in high load. You'll be driving your stock injectors to the max most likely. Make sure you've got your FPR hooked to a boost source so it can compensate your fuel pressure too.

    I'm not even sure how the FIC behaves when you have stock injectors in to be honest. It seems that if you leave all the cells at 0, then your stock ECU will be adding all the fuel the injectors are capable of in open loop. meaning the FIC won't be adding or removing any fuel Not sure what, if anything extra it will do if you were to fill your cell to 99%. Would it "overdrive" the stock injectors? Anybody have any input on this?

    The biggest gain you will realize with the FIC on stock injectors is being able to tune closed loop boost. This is achieved by inputting an o2 sensor voltage to target desired AFR and then adjusting the fuel map to keep the STFT and LTFT nearest 0 as possible.

    Are you using stock injectors, and running ~9 psi?

    They are the pink tops and I'm going by @arcenik who said he ran them with 10psi at 90% duty. :rolleyes:I'm in trouble aren't I

    You no I think maybe I'll just go one spring softer on the WG which should get it down to about 7.5psi and just tune from there. I think my problem is expectation.

    A thing or two...
    Better to start lower and increase the boost later if you can instead of going big from the start and blowing up a motor.

    This. Then, with all the number from dynos that people have, with your engine, you can easily hypothesize the expected engine hp yours will have at ~9 psi. Then use the formula to properly size injectors for that engine hp.

    Basically a resistor in a jumper to make the alternator run at 14+ volts. Mine never is higher than 13.7. Once the fans kick in, down to mid 12's.

    Be easy to do yourself pretty sure. When i did a GM alt swap I just tied the sense straight to the alternator.

    Two diodes with cathodes facing opposite directions. Put in place of the ALT-S fuse. Best to integrate the fuse in there somehow but I’ve seen it done without a fuse.

    Or you can pay someone $70 for a fancy plug...
