What did you end up figuring out with this? I have a PLX as wel that I was looking into this option.

I ended up just drilling a separate hole for a bung. I learned that my truck has a wideband o2 stock. So it would probably act weird. But IIRC You need to find the pinout for your truck and unpin the o2 wire from the harness and insert the grey wire from the PLX. I don’t know what to do with the heater wires....

I also have this. If you want it let me know. I’ll give it to you if you pay shipping. It screwes onto the o2 and let’s it install into the factory spot.

Also. Stay away from YotaShop.....They’ll screw you over given the chance.

Thanks for that info. I'll definitely take that O2 sensor flange from you. Just PM your PayPal email and I'll send you the money and my address. Mine is a '98 so it uses a narrowband so i'm hoping this will play nice with the ECU. I don't mind putting a new bung in but it will be into an aftermarket header so I don't think I'll be able to drill through 14ga steel with the step bit i have.

So with the O2 ECU wire, you completely replace it with the grey wire, not just tap into it?

I believe you replace it. Because you’re removing the stock o2 sensor. The Wideband simulates the narrowband so it’s doing two things at once.

That makes sense. It sounds like from their install guide you don't have to mess with the ground or heater wires. I'm going to try it out and see what happens. Just LMK where you want me to send you the shipping money for that flange. Thanks man.
