Yes please. Pm me a few photos. I'll be doing it solo so knowing where the parts fit before lifting and adjusting would be super helpful. I also am installing a Warn 9.5 XP so any recommendation on the best place to mount the solenoid would be great too.

The written instructions above are also helpful. So a few shots (if you have them) of the 4 extra brackes would be super.

Thanks for the photos. There are 4 braces looks like the two that have the nuts (on the left) are what connect to the plastic bumper. The other two, I am unclear.

    upload_2018-4-6_12-28-39.jpg

Where are the expected "cuts in the plastic bumper"? (I have an old dremel is that going to be sufficient?)

If i get the remaining (missing) winch parts today/tomorrow I will tackle it this weekend. I will throw a thread together for the install and try to build a quick PDF when I am done. (I do better seeing than reading, I don't think I am alone there, so Ill try to put an appropriate amount of pics in it. Anything you can send me via email (I already emailed sales with my address) will help in the PDF build.

This is a damn cool bumper so maybe if folks see it more and there is an install thread it will kick up some business. :)

The two on the right are support braces that go where the bumper mounts to the frame.

Since my bumper was the first one they built I didn't do any of the cutting (they took care of that when it was there for the fabrication work). I imagine a Dremel would work or you could pick up a $20 4" angle grinder with some cutoff wheels from harbor freight (that's what I used on my rear bumper and fender flares).

Nice !! that makes sense. I suspected that the braces fit there (based on looking at another lo-pro install guide) very cool.
Makes perfect sense now. (also nice to see which bolts go where)

Now if my square nuts arrive for mounting the winch tonight or tomorrow I should have some photos up sometime this week.
Sometimes with the darn snow UPS/FedEx don't get up to me on time... and it just started snowing about an hour ago.
    upload_2018-4-6_13-5-31.jpg

The bummer is, if I don't get it done this week, its going to be two weeks because I leave next Saturday on a business trip for a week.

Looks really sharp! The lines go great with the truck. Nice work.

Sorry I missed this. Can't understand how but this bumper is exactly what I need. Any still available? I can understand it not being for everyone so likely not a stocked item.

How much time would you estimate it would take for someone who hasn't taken the front grille and bumper off before?
I have a buddy that may be able to come and help and he may have done a bumper before (a full ARB not a lo-pro like this) How much time for an experienced guy?
Thought I'd ask before I reach out.

We will. They get made in batches special order batches though so you'll need to email us if you want to be added to our next batch of them. You can check shipping by adding either a 2016+ Tacoma or 4runner stingray on our site and enter zip in the cart to quote it

I ran into an issue with my winch too. When I went to switch the gear side so I could get to the handle the screws don't set the same way there is a gap (even with the seal)

I am bummed, now I have to wait a few weeks. /sigh.

Sounds like you need to mess with it a bit. most likely a gear issue with them not meshing and one sitting on top of another. Ive had to spend a bit wiggling everything to get it to mesh again @000doodie000

This is the only sort of bumper upgrade that holds any interest for me. Anything more would be overkill and unsuited to my needs. Please continue to offer this.
