I ordered a new plug for it since my 240v drop uses some weird NEMA standard, so I haven't had the chance to test it. The guy cut his terrible botch job of an extension cord off of it before I bought it.

You can do some rough cutting with a 6010/6011 rod too.

Miller Mig guns arent that expensive, comapritavely speaking. I would just replace the whole thing. Before you get raped at Airgas for parts, check out cyberweld.com, I think you get free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Get ahold of some Lincoln SuperArc L56 .030 mig wire, its good stuff and .030 is perfect for anything bumper/fabrication related. Also, remember to get extra cover plates for your hood as being able to see clearly can help immensely.

I've never used CyberWeld before but I've heard great things. Just looked em up and they're a town over from me, wonder if theyre open to the public?

I agree with you on the AirGas raping thing... man walking into that store I feel robbed already.

I'll take a look. Thanks! Really all thing thing needs is a new gun and ground clamp. Both work they're just beat to hell.

Ive been using Lincoln L-56 .30mm exclusively and it is great wire

I found their M-150 gun for a $13 cheaper here, I am definitely going to get a new gun though. Thanks for the heads up!

Yeah I bought a 10 pack of tungsten electrodes from cyberweld for $29.00. Airgas wanted $100 for the same thing.

Said it works for any Millermatic or wire feed welders. This welder is rated for up to 180 amps.
