Well, I got my swag off road adapter in today. Picked up a HF tool cart and mounted the top shelf upside down to mount the bender on. I'll probably need to mount a plate to the top as well to help with any bowing. It's holding the weight pretty good right now but that's without the ram etc up there. The bender parts and die are in the blue box. Now I just need to find some time to get it all mounted up and together and then I can start experimenting with bending some tube. Better add some tube to my list as well .. lol. I'm hoping I can figure it all out without wasting too much material. Trial and error I expect.

    Damn.

    I JUST ordered sliders...

Pretty cool though, should make for some fun projects!

Edit: when you get it all figured out, I'd really be interested in making one of these...

Unfortunately the only 1,75 die option I had was a 120 degree die. So, I won't be able to do a 180 turn like that. Later on I may see if this other companies die will work on this bender and get their 240 degree one. I have to see how it goes. But for most of what I need like sliders and what not 120 should be good enough.

Another option may be if I can get a different diameter die that has a bigger radius, say a 1.5 or 1 " die. And if everything seems to be going well with the bender I probably will.
