That’s a good idea. I’m going to give the silicone a shot in the channel.

I agree. I just did that to drive to work until I figured out a better way

Yeah it does have the same set up. That’s a good one- I’ll see if I’ve got enough slack

Pretty self explanatory if you look at it for a second. My coax didn't have the connector on the in cab end, so it made it easy to weave through the rack and weather seal into the engine bay.

Yes the ground plate is the backer from an ARB air compressor with an NMO sized hole drilled in it.

I called a few days ago, they said the last batch wasn’t right. I’m guessing that is what you got with the wrong holes. You hear anything yet?

They emailed me late last week and said they were still a few weeks from shipping any out. So there may be more info next week. I need to call and just place the order so they ship to me when they get them in. Just haven’t been able to remember to do that while at work.

I thought I would post about stamping out holes for the weather stripping. I used a 3/4” punch. I used painters tape and lined up that way and marked with a wax pen (pictures). A couple of the holes were misaligned so I had to use silicone and 5lb weights to get the strip to stick down.

It’s really hard to keep the holes dead center on the stripping. I used a regular hammer - I definitely recommend using a sledge - I don’t have one.

I've searched the few Prinsu threads here and could not find what I'm looking for, so here it goes. Just purchased the rack and it looks good. I have the 30 inch cutout for light bar on the wind deflector. I think the double-row LED lights sit pretty high and was wondering if anyone has mounted a low-profile, or single row light bar???? Pics if you have them please... Thanks in advance.

It does not look like a BD light. They usually have 10" sections. Looks like a CaliRaised or similar 20" slim single row.

It’s a Rigid bar... Can’t remember the model off the top of my head though.

    Edit: Checked my receipt - it’s a SR 92031

Has anyone mounted their rotapax mounts directly to the cross bars or is that an insane idea? I went with the L bracket idea for the maxtrax and it worked beautifully, could always do something like that for the cans. Two days in and already loving the functionality and aesthetics of this rack.

I really liked that light bar for its stealth look. How is the light output?
