    Got some skids on the way,installed the rci gas skid a week or two ago and installed the mobtown metal tailgate yesterday and ordering a molle board for the bed so I can hang up some recovery gear, and maybe even put some of my basic tools in a molle bag so I can take one of my tool boxes out. Pretty much trying to focus on utility then save up for some suspension mods.

    This year? I guess we'll see how far I get, but

    - Gunmetal TRD Baja Beadlocks on 265/75-16 BFG KO2s (appointment made for 20-Apr)
    - Install TRD Pro Lift w/HS AAL and ECGS Bushing
    - TRD Pro Skid Plate (?, assuming I can save up enough $$$)
    - Install Blue Sea aux fuse panel
    - Repair CB Install
    - Clean, clean, clean

    Long(er) Term
    - Track down a set of the 2G OEM black plastic running boards
    - Used cap
    - Warn Winch Bumper
    - Smittybilt Winch w/synthetic line
    - KC LED bar
    - Cap Rack with lights

    I'm going to try and fit in getting a clear Lexan roof panel for the Vette and cleaning that up as well into the budget. We will see how that goes.

    Yeah, I hear ya. There are a lot of base or work truck white Superdutys on job sites for sure. I like the look of the XLT white F250 though. Just the right amount of chrome but not overdone like on the Lariat and up models. The higher trim level F250s are pretty blinged out. Mine will always have little mods that will make it stand out in a crowd. They may be subtle, like lights behind the grille, but there will always be ways any of my trucks will be different.

    If not, then just a lot of maintenance on this truck and probably new shocks for the front.

    How corroded are they? As Long as the base metal is sound, clean it up with some emery cloth, slather that with dielectric grease and put them back together. The grease should prevent future water intrusion.

    I almost was able to help.:notsure:
    I have a spare almost complete harness...minus the plugs.
    When I bought the PIAA lights for the FJ, I bought the factory harness for a plug and play install. Of course, they had Hella connectors, so I had to swipe them from the PIAA harness and do some connector surgery.

    Clean yours up and get some dielectric grease from the parts store before plugging them back together.

    Get the cap painted black, and do a few minor mods that I have the stuff laying around for... Rear view cam anytime switch, rear power sliding window, dust cap on the rear wheels to match the front... I think that's all of it. And oh yeah, finally attempt to sound proof the doors (I've only had the stuff for it sitting in the garage for about a year now).
