Well shit is getting real at my job . Four employees are about to get let go because they violated EEOC policies on social media on their off time. WTF is going on?

You have to be so careful with what you post anywhere these days it’s crazy. Keep a low profile is the best thing a person can do. I keep a Facebook account to keep in touch with people I don’t see on a regular basis but I would never dream of posting anything work related or questionable enough on there that I’d feel uncomfortable if my boss saw it.

Well if they had picked the best engine choice (AKA the tooter) they wouldn't have had to worry about the CPS.:D

And yes a lot of that flex is noticeable due to the fact that the body mounts are soaking it up.

Wow I'm kinda shocked, seems like EEOC is such a tough case to prove unless someone LITERALLY posted "ha ha let's not hire any of these darkies/cripples/homos" - simply not getting an interview or not getting the job is not sufficient grounds, even if there absolutely was legitimate discrimination. As long as there is no evidence of it (as in, unrecorded verbal communications only) you're basically SOL to prove it.
Which sucks considering the fact that it means I have to be soooo fucking poker faced about my Lupus, it's almost as if EEOC does literally nothing for me.:( Hell, EEOC and the ADA together barely do shit.:bananadead:

If they actually posted something explicitly stating an EEOC violation, holy shit they are dumber than a bag of especially dull rocks.

Weird, because in several places in that video the 2nd Gen was trailing behind the 3rd Gen. #fakenews

I don’t know. Everyone seems to have their fav whether it be King, Fox, Icon, ADS or whatever but these 8112’s and the corresponding triple bypass rears look pretty legit.

I'm guessing 2WD is no-go? Looks gorgeous but looks like plenty of spots to lift a wheel if you're a prerunner.

:pout: Bummer... I was hoping there would be bypasses or something for those not interested in trying the technical obstacles, and/or not trying to shred the local terrain in the attempt.

Are there other greener trails in Sedona? I need to get out more. (I also need to get sliders!)

Which I have never understood. Billies are awesome but when you have to build to a price to satisfy the hugest OEM in the world... you get the TRD Off-Road billies. And they're great for what they are! Considering you can get (almost) NIB sets for like $150-$250 on a relatively large marketplace it's a screaming bargain and a massive upgrade for those that don't have them.

And I'd wager that just like the Billies, the PRO Foxes are probably built to a spec that is more "pavement hours and warranties" than "whoops and technical crawling."

If the foxes come down a little on their ask due to a larger market they'll probably float to the top as the budget warrior pick too.
