Installed my OEM lookalike Ebay roof rack. 15% off and a $65. credit made it $97. For that amount I'm completely satisfied.

Gonna add my Thule Canyon basket once I modify the brackets. They're 2" short :frusty:. The basket is just for bulky beach items that take up too much room under the tonneau cover when we go on vacation. So the basket will go on only when needed. The basket is a leftover from my 4Runner so I'm recycling it. LOL

Yea, I like the price and the fact that it's somewhat portable in that the cross bars fold up. I didn't want something blocking the sunroof which we open all the time. It snows here too and it will be easier to remove the snow completely with this. Plus I think these look good on our trucks.

Emerald green letter inserts [dash, tailgate, door sill protectors] Emerald green vinyl wrap on all interior chrome minus door handles Changed stock blue gauge numbers and all interior switches/buttons to green using window tint behind the face CB radio OVTune
This has been over the past couple weeks really... I’ve had all these little projects happening at once so it’s taken a little while. An overview of things I’ve done:
-Vinyl wrap all chrome with emerald green (minus the door handles)
-Dash letter inserts, tailgate lettering, and door sill protector lettering with same emerald green (I also had to buy the door sill protectors and put them on myself)
-I took the gauge cluster apart and put window tint behind the face to make the blue numbers green. This was very tricky
-Started making all the interior buttons green as well with window tint behind the face
-CB antenna mounted and routed through truck interior
-Of course I had to get the hondo garage octopus radio knobs :p
That’s about it so far, I have the OVtune in the mail and am super stoked for it to arrive. I also have a bunch of other things I want to do, but who doesn’t :)

Thanks, I've wanted one since day one. A lot of people influenced my decision because they really do look good on our trucks.

    This is one I bought:

    https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/152754896052

I'll let you know up front though, this is not a true OEM factory part. The tag on the box said OEM and it had a Toy part number but looking at YouTube vids of this part being unboxed and installed there are differences. For the money though, it's a great deal. Time will tell if I made the right choice taking the cheaper route.

If you have a Ebay account sign up for emails and you'll get coupon codes. Sometimes as high as 20% but the items that qualify are limited. The 15% worked for me. I'll see if I still have that email but I clean house regularly on my account.

Picked up this “like new” Extang Solid Fold for what I feel like was a steal ($350) when local shop quoted $850 new. She’s a little dirty now but just the way I like her.
