Tight but not too tight, say 12-18ft lb. I just do it by hand

Yup you got it. I’ll be returning the coil bucket gussets. Didn’t know they don’t fit 4 cyl trucks. Might modify it to work. Not sure yet.

What else can bed racks be used for other than an RTT? I did see you can use it as a spare tire holder and stuff like Maxtrax but are those the only things? I've been searching but everything I listed are the only things that keep coming up.

Transporting calves, chickens, goats, and pigs. You'll need to chicken wire it in first.

IMO bed racks really cut down on the utility value of having a truck

I have lights to be put on mine so the bed is lit and I keep my hilift there. Not much more I'd want on mine specifically cause I like to keep everything very low.

It's very rare I use the truck for anything other than trips and wheeling I have a trailer and the cruiser for other stuff.

My friend uses his cab height one to haul large pieces of lumber a lot. Sometimes he throws a plywood sheet on top and will set up his tent on it as well

Any one running LED upgrades to the stock H4 headlight bulbs? If so, which ones? Saw a set on superbriteleds.com with good reviews. Looking for suggestions. Thanks in advance.

That's been a concern of mine since the 2nd gen's came out. I've yet to really look close at either the 2nd's or 3rd's, but I know I trust the quality of my '04 completely. I'm definitely going to closely inspect the '18 models before dropping the kind of coin they're asking for them.

Had to do the same when I removed my autozone ubolts (needed a set in an emergency so I used them as temps). Darn things wouldn't come off so I cut the suckers up just like you did. Nice bumps stops by the way!
