Thanks, @OVTune. File received and loaded successfully. Only about 20 miles driven with the new tune, but the truck is definitely more responsive and smooth throughout the power curve; butt dyno says it pulls stronger as well.

Your problem (i.e., being too busy) is a positive indicator for your business, at least in the short-term. Unfortunately, unfulfilled promises generally result in disappointed customers, which will have the opposite effect on your company's long-term stability. I echo recommendations others (including you) have made - "finish up this pending ECU list" before hyping new products or opening additional order lines. I realize that means some have to wait but, IMO, making and fulfilling reasonable commitments to your customers is better than setting them up for disappointment by establishing unattainable goals for yourself. You're selling a unique and highly desirable service. Let that, rather than overly optimistic promises, sell your "products."

Thanks. It's actually what I have been trying to do and work on, I still get a ton of requests but I am not re-opening orders until all other ECU versions are setup. The DIY software has been in the works long before I even joined this forum, as it actually began for Tundras.

There will be an updated list for the ECUs on the main page soon.
At the bottom of the main page will be list of original format ECUs that will require I have a version of this ECU in hand to support

I was asked via PM if I experience this issue. Figured I'd post my very limited experience here for everyone's SA... I'm only up to about 50 miles on the tune, but I definitely have NOT experienced any abrupt throttle transitions. If anything I find throttle response SMOOTHER than before. Obviously, I have many more miles to drive before hitting "several thousand," so YMMV.

this is one of the very few calibration versions that we need a physical ECU with this exact CAL ID.

Does not sound normal, what mods do you have?

I have a drop off mbrp catback and a drop in air filter. 33 inch tires and a 3 inch lift. Some armor. I was getting around 15 with all of my stuff on before.... I'm gonna try the other tune file with 91 gas tomorrow and see if it gets any better. Any suggestions @OVTune ?

Mine has stayed around 15.5 and I’ve been flooring it all over town. But I do have probably the lightest wheel tire combo for 255/75r17 that you can get.

For people who have *original* file ECUs (I'll have a list) and have the handheld, which we need a ECU of it to support, I will offer a $200 refund from your handheld purchase if you can send your ECU. (and I will cover shipping)
(will have list of ECU versions that are needed)

That may be an issue Mat, a lot of us daily drive our trucks. I thought you ordered some ECU's from Toyota for this process?

    I think that’s why he’s offering the $200 discount.

Might be able to do that for my 30433300 ECU Cal ID if needed. Just have to arrange a work truck to use for a week.

I get that, but I'm just saying it's going to be difficult finding some one plus his previous post mentioned that he had the ecu for this specific calibration.

I will post the ECU ID list of ones I can't get. I have some.

This is why I am offering up some incentive. Some of these ECU IDs it's just not possible to get any other way except having the actual ECU

What kind of turnaround time are you expecting, to grab what you need off the ECU and ship it back out?
