I am personally not a fan of the one piece solid tonneau covers. Too restrictive as to what you can put back there. I'm rocking the Fibermax by Bakflip and I love it. No water gets in, low clean profile, and I can secure it in the open position for if I ever need an open bed for hauling bigger things. But if u like that one piece by all means dude, time to lighten the load hahaha

Tire question for you folks. I want to go up a size in tires and kind of want MTs but not really sure if the benefits outweigh the cons. Guy in SC thread is selling 285/75 BFG KOs. Full set with spare for $250. Probably about 60% tread left. Should I jump or should I wait and buy some MTs?

Edit: Really wondering about the traction of these. I know a lot of people run KO2s but just need as much traction as possible with only able to use 2 wheels.

I’d wait and spring for some st maxx. Those were much more tame and they grip like crazy. Only reason I didn’t get them again was cost

I do like those a lot. Have also been looking at the Mastercraft CXTs. They are made by cooper and I know a lot of people that run the MXTs with no problems. The CXTs are more of an MT than the ST Maxx but are a very similar tread pattern.

I love my KO2 but for u I won't recommend them. I have the benefit of 4x4 which I use often in the winter. Not really because I need to but for peace of mind. I totalled my pathfinder by looking control in the winter so I don't take my chances. But anyways, I have not really used them in 2wd off road but from what I have heard from a few individuals, as the tread life starts to get down 40% left they start to suck hahaha if u need new tires then for 250 that's not a bad deal tho until u can get some Maxx

I thought about it and decided to wait until next month to register, since I still need an alignment for Betty

Luckily I don't do much hauling of big items and I could really use less weight with the long haul driving I do

You gonna fly with that less weight! Did you found someone to trade bumpers?
