Lube it and tap it out with a brass punch and a hammer on the flange if you can get to it. I'd ratchet strap the spring to the shackle so it doesn't pop out with too much force once the bolt's out. It could take a lot of pressure off the bolt if you can ratchet it down enough.

Try letting the leaf pack droop or lifting it to get the tension off the bolt as soon as the tension is gone it should come out easily. And my perches are at 6.5 each side to try to get it around there when re-welding them.

Anyone in here interested in a used pair of glassworks unlimited 6” front fenders? Thinking about going smaller flare.

Yeah just go slow with the advice @Tbasch and I gave you and it should work out. Wiggle that shit around if it seems not wanting to budge.

Hopefully he doesn't respond with a family member... but yeah it seems like it took more effort to get it this way than doing it right would have...

A shop that's out of business now. I agree.
Yeah I was pissed off for like a minute, life goes on. Not my daily driver.
    Good learning opportunity though.

No surprise there - too bad they took you for a ride before it happened.

It’s gonna be a pain to remove those without a plasma.

Only fix is to remove and re do

Awesome kit, clear directions, and if there are any questions, Tim has always answered the phone and been very helpful.

Bedcage makes install super easy and is designed to work with the kit, so geometry/ shock placement is perfect.

Website sucks other than getting pricing for some of their stuff, but has a lot missing. Give Tim a call and have him get pricing on everything you need.

    I'm happy

I talked to Tim over Instagram tonight and he’s an awesome guy. Says he can’t keep the rear suspension on the shelf and is constantly working overtime. I think I’m gonna change up my plan and go with them. Little more money, but I think it’s worth it.

Now to decide if I want to go through the bed or not

There is members who have not gone through the bed too like @Jerez , if you plan on really throwing the truck around going really fast just go through the bed with 16” shocks.

Is there a big cost difference?

I didn’t even see a bedcage on the DMZs site

Check out @snowsk8air2's truck. It was $1500 or so last time the price was mentioned on here - like someone said, his website doesn't have a lot of stuff he does. Tim wanted $3k for a bed cage on my first gen which goes to show what a great deal his 2nd gen cage is...

Dang girl. That’s intense. Price tag frightens me, but damn lol.
