Well the last fire. We stayed another night because of the rain yesterday, hoping to pack up dry. But then rain again last night. Hope to be dry and out of here by 2pm.

 

It is always fun packing up in the rain... Not ! Wet awnings and gear then have to be laid out and dried out so much fun ..

Currently 27F with a possible run to 60 by next weekend. The yard has plenty of oak leaves on it as I couldn't pick them up last fall being sick.

Shooting clays is one of those things that I just can't do well. Don't know why, but I can't hit them for nuttin'.

Ribs were good yesterday. I did cheat on making them. 2 hours in smoker than finished in oven.

 

Keeping the barrel movin is the hardest part of the game, gotta follow through.

Thinking on what needs to get done. Got a temporary dog run that needs wrapping up. Hard to get fencing estimates here in land of rock. 6-10$ a ft so far. Another wants 20$ a hole,20 hole minimum. Think I may go that route and do the fence myself.
