CCW. I used a bent ratchet wrench. Passenger side is a tight space.

Those fog lamps dwarf the HLs.

    Nice.

Back to H11 LED bulbs (sorry, lift guys): I installed the MICTUNING bulbs in my low beams about six months ago. One of them has started to be intermittent - doesn't turn on when I switch on the lights, (so far) comes on a little later. Haven't had time to troubleshoot yet. I'm wondering if there's a different model that people have been happy/happier with.

I looked at Retrofit Source and they have two models that they say fit (Profile Peak and Morimoto 2Stroke) - at $120 (each!). That's a big step up, and it sounds like the wiring on at least one of them is quite a mess. None of the reviews specifically mention a Tacoma.

Other suggestions? I am happy with the light throw of the MICTUNING bulbs in the stock projector housings, but really don't want to do replacements every six months.

Go back a few pages. I think we are all happy with the Hikari Philips bulbs for $90 a pair with great throw and color.

Damn, my old mind playing tricks on me again. I should have used my new digital caliper and measured them today but I put a roof rack on and as usual, it was not easy for me LOL.

Sweet, thanks! Do I need the extension cables, or just the bulb units?

Not bad, but it’s a several hour job including the switch and pulling wires through the firewall.

Thanks to everyone in this forum, I ordered the Hikari’s H11 lights on Amazon. Just wanted to ask whoeevr has them, are they straight plug and play?

Also, I read that these lights work for Hi/Lo beams. Will i need to buy 2 pairs to use them for both or just use 1?

Ignore my last question. I just looked under the hood and swapped out the bulbs within 5 mins. I saw that i’ll need another pair for the high beams.

I just installed Vleds micro LEDs and drove around in the rain. I love them, we’re a little high but amazing.

Running Meso ultimate in cab but want to do the vanity bulbs, license plate and back up lights.

Not sure which vanity bulbs are needed - I thought the vanity were 29mm festoon bulbs?

Am I correct in assuming these are the options we like the best from the previous 1xx pages lol...
