If you plan on exploring that area I’d get a National Geographic map for the gwnf, so much detail in those things, There is a good spot near flag pole lower on the mountain in case it’s super windy

so I took my truck in for it's 1 year service and I get three deep scrapes and dirty hand prints on the hood. my mistake for letting my dad take it in. here's a warning for 355 Toyota in Rockville

Damn that sucks. While it's not likely they would acknowledge it, are you going to bring it up to the service manager?

 

I called them when I saw it which was only 45 mins after he picked it up and they were suposed call me back but haven't yet. I know it's not a huge deal just pisses me off. atleast have my first scratch be off road at my hands.

 

Every time I take my truck to the dealer I walk around the truck and video with the service writer and make it very clear....

 

Concur. Hopefully they will at least address it for you. If they are treating your truck carelessly like that, kind of makes you wonder how thorough they are when doing the routine maintenance.
