What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I really like this Rear Bumper. Which one is it? If I was going to use anything but my OEM Bumper, I would definitely go this route.

I made many surf trips in mine back in the 80’s, South Padre, Mansfield, Corpus Christi and Surfside.
Never could get her stuck in the sand! I have friends tell me similar stories about those “donation”check points, they used to go to Nexpa and Ticla all the time back then.

Stock suspension...damn...with a positive offset...I would have figured a 0 or negative offsett

Had a tree come down last storm. Got rid of the tree, but the stump still remains. Thank goodness pines have a wimpy root ball.

 

It nice to see someone else with a Gobi rack. Mine has held up to a lot of abuse over the last 5 years.

 

I just installed mine powder coated as well! Wondering now if I should have done the bracket...

Thanks! The weather was finally decent yesterday so I got my Squadrons installed as well.

 

Had to make a last minute road trip, wasn't really excited to take the Toyota. But it surprised me, averaged between 11.0-12.0 l/100km over the 1250km trek.

 

How do you wire a dual switch?

 

Lol, here is my quick iPhone note pad drawling.
They’re not 3 way switches so I can’t turn them on in the front and off in the rear and the other way around.
You have to turn them off where you turn them on.
If you’re using a switch with a light the opposite switch will light up too. But I kind of wanted that way as a reminder if I left them on or bumped a switch during the daylight.

I'll tell ya....was exhausted and dragging arse this morning when I was leaving work. The gas station is only a mile from there....the cold, wet & gusty wind was enough to properly wake me up for the drive home.

Looks like it's gorgeous outside now that I've slept through a good bit of the day. Back to the grind tonight.
