WTT for 275s or 265s

looking to trade my 285/75/16s for 275s or 265 All terrains. Mine are pro comp at2s. They have maybe 2000 miles on them, I just want slightly smaller tires. I’m located in Raleigh NC. I’ll post pictures of them close up in just a few minutes.

 

What’s the reason? Rubbing?

 

Yeah it rubs a little but only on full lock and flex so it’s not necessarily that too much. I just think 275s would help a little with the power loss and they make it look like the wheel well isn’t so full.

Yeah that’s kind of what I’m looking for now that I read about them. Hoping someone has some near me that wants 285s

 

Discount tire will buy them from you, i sold my 275/70/17s to them only $20 loss per tire. Used that money to buy my 265/70/17s in c load “ko2s”

Is your truck lifted? If so do you have other pictures of your lift with 265?

Yeah this is my first truck and lift i tried to do as much research as i could. The only thing no one tells you is aftermarket lifts is a big trade off. You get rid of that bouncy/softer feeling for a much firmer/stiffer truck. So you feel all those small imperfections on the freeway

 

Yeah that’s true. I just put some jba ucas on and it helped a bunch with the freeway drifting

 

Looks like you have 16 inch wheels not 17.

 

Correct. That’s why I put 285/75/16

 

I just mentioned because Cs are harder to find in 16s verses 17s.

 

Ah! I gotcha. Well if I can get discount tire to trade these in I might buy some 17s so I can get the c range. Thanks for the heads up.

Yeah lol. They offered me $50 a tire. They are basically brand new, I was hoping they would work with me but no.
