That sucks... I asked if he was gonna win and he was like probably not... Started asking him about the cars balance and he was like its the new driver in the car.

Dude Chase is doing fine. You are a poser chasing autographs and being a fan boy. Back in the day I hated Gordon and when he offered me an autograph i declined. Decide what side on the fence you are on. I would bet you never even saw Bill drive a race live. Does not take much to choose successful driver years after they retire.

Like it or not if JR were not around when Sr died I doubt Nascar would have survived. He did more for the sport than any other driver in the last 15 years just in keeping fans around. Then you have new fans who worship guys like KB when they pretty much tell you to suck it.

 

I hate Keselowski... Ive declined his autograph nimerous times... So poser? I doubt it... BTW I didn't get Bills autograph either (my Gfs dad did bc he's a huge fan). The problem I have is everyone acts like chase is the best racer out there and defends him like so... Just like many did with JR. Even if he wins, he won't set the world on fire like others before him...

 

Tony Stewart reached a settlement in the civil case againist him by the Ward family. This was the kid that got out of his car during the race and went out to bitch at Stewart and ended up getting struck and dying. No amount has been released and final papers have to still be signed. The only reason I know is because they had the hearing in Utica NY yesterday and that is close to where I live.

 

Rule #1 don't smoke dope before driving. Rule #2 don't get out of your car and run towards another moving vehicle. My guess is the family get's about 3 million

 

The family shouldn't get anything. dont you sign away some rights when you go in the pits?

Looked like a cold day for the 2-300 people who attended the race today. Congrats to Blaney. I think he'll win some cup races one day after Harvick retires.

 

Man what a mess in Texas. Kyle mad Chase races him. Harvick and Blaney keep rebounding from terrible pit stops. Erik Jones having incredible stops. Byron finally running well. Matt Yoakum saying some borderline racist crap. Bunch of championship caliber cars torn up. Stands 50% capacity. Gossage should leave a date at Circuit of the Americas and NASCAR should go racing on the big 3+ mile road course.

 

INDYCAR put on a great show out at Pheonix. Last 8 laps displayed some killer racing, incredible blocks, and risky outside passes: (24:30 onward, if the jump doesn't work)

NASCAR admitted to blowing the Harvick pit call, just to make a battle between Harvick and Busch, but man what a battle. The aero sucks though...

I saw that race... At least they are having the same problems as us

 

I was hoping the 4 would run the 18 down just to see the epic meltdown of KB if he had finished 2nd again. KB was due and everyone is sick of seeing the 4 run away with it. The 4 got cocky and ran head to head with Kyle on that last stop and that was stupid. If they had stayed out for 15 laps with the lap times the 4 was running he would have won that race easy on fresher tires. The 18 deserved the win though.

 

Yeah NASCAR blew that call. That tire was way outside of the box. That crew is going to cost Harvick a championship if they don't clean it up.

 

Well at least we know Kyle beats Harvick heads up... That was a great call to make to shit talk my dad lol

 

I think with the airo this year whichever car that was in front pretty much had that one. Really the only way the 4 wins that is to stay out when KB pitted. Even on a restart the 18 would have launched better than the 4 as long as the 18 was P1 and could get the jump.
